A: CellOut.com refreshes its daily deals each night at 12:00AM Eastern Time every day excluding Saturdays.

A: CellOut.com was founded focusing on the Cellular Phones & Accessories category, but we do plan on broadening our product lines in the very near future!


Q: What payment methods does CellOut accept?

Q: Is there a limit to how many items I can purchase?
A: This is decided by CellOut on a per deal basis. Some days we will not cap the limit per customer, but on deals for which supply is extremely limited, we prefer to allow a larger array of customers to experience our products.


Q: I missed yesterday’s item, can I still buy one?
A: We have some good news and some bad news. The good news is, the item may still be available in the “Deals You Missed” page. The bad news is, the item may be priced higher than it was when it was the deal of the day.

A: We can’t tell you that today, but check back at midnight!


Q: What if I don’t receive my package?

A: Sorry, We do not disclose our inventory quantities. Please place an order for the quantity you need, and we if your order goes through, it means the item is in stock and will ship to you promptly.

A: To discuss today’s deal with other members, make sure you are logged in to your account, and proceed to the deal page. Under the description, you will see a blog window which you can read other members comments and post your own thoughts. We allocate a specific amount of inventory for each daily deal. If the item is available on our website, the item is in stock. Please allow 2-3 days of handling time for all orders. You will receive a tracking number for your item(s) via e-mail.




Returns & Exchangesback to top

Returns


We accept returns up to 7 days from the date which the item(s) was delivered.  We do not cover return shipping costs. Returns must be authorized by our returns department, and all packages returned need to have a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA).

Swaps


We offer merchandise swaps for items which arrive defective. Shipping will be covered by CellOut.com, but return shipping for the defective unit will be covered by the buyer. If a replacement is not available, buyer will have the option of reimbursement, or store credit for the purchase price.


Exchanges


We do not enter exchanges. Instead, we will issue store credit by adding points onto your account for items returned to us. At that point in time, you can use points in your account towards any future purchase at CellOut.com. Points do not hold a cash value, but do serve as a monetary value at CellOut.com.




Warranty Informationback to top

CellOut.com offers optional warranty coverage for almost all products sold on our site. Warranty terms can vary from product to product so please see the Warranty information on the deal page. Warranty coverage is taken care of directly through us, hence CellOut.com is the warrantor, not the manufacturer.
